Permacath insertion procedure for my Brother

A Permacath insertion is the placement of a special IV line into the blood vessel in your neck or upper chest just under the collarbone.

My Brother Francis Azcona, 44 years old. A family man, 2 young boys and a hardworking wife who is a teacher. He is Athletic, health conscious and with no vices. However, kidney failure seems to be hereditary which is a cause of death of our older sister. He was first diagnosed with mild Kidney failure 5 years ago. 1 year of going back and forth in the hospital he became well and continued to be athletic and healthy. And he chose not togo through with dialysis thinking everything will be well. Couple of months after he was rushed back to the hospital due to a pain in his stomach area then we found out the kidney failure has increase to acute. We surpass the huge hospital bills with the help of every family member. However, 3-4years straight he has to go through dialysis 2-3x a week. At first he can manage the pain and we can manage the expenses, 2k every session with discount with the help
of Philhealth for a couple of sessions only and the rest we have to shoulder it. At first it was okay 3k every session, somehow we as family able to manage to give 3k every session for 3x a week. We are already at the point of financially struggling but we are working on it But the pain of going through dialysis is now a burden, with trouble breathing, heart enlargement which the doctor has suggested of having a permanent catheter which cost 30,000- 40,000 Philippine pesos and can can give relief to my brother on every dialysis session. for now i know its a 1 time procedure but a lifetime feeling relieved. My brother has been fighting for 5 years and even doctors said its remarkable although he will never get cured but extends his life due to dialysis.
We are seeking help for the said procedure and any amount excess can help his weekly dialysis.
thank you
