Liver transplant

Hello everyone i am requesting help with my cousin who is currently suffering from advance cirrhosis of the liver and he is urgently in need of liver transplant. As much as we need someone to donate a part of his liver to save my cousin life, we are also in need of a very deep financial support. The transplant is very costly process and we just couldn't bear it. He and his wife is been working in dubai for years, but the resources is not enough to finance this very expensive operation. I would like to humbly ask if you could please share us your generosity and help us in this very challenging situation.
