I am reaching out to you to ask for financial assistance for me and my mother. My mother was diagnosed and is suffering from GERD and had multiple operations. She went from NGT to PEG and yet nothing happened to her condition and is getting worse. more medicstions and hospitalizations and treatments are needed but we now lack financial cspability. I am aldo a PWD and is maintenance.
We csn not sustain anymore for our daily needs and medication.
