Help me buy my antibiotics

Hi. I'm Nicola Nilo Z. Martino, 33 y.o. Father of 1. I work an online job. Please help me fund my antibiotics to cure the cellulitis on my left foot. I contracted cellulitis on the 17th of April. I was prescribed oral antibiotics but that did not work so I decided to see another doctor, Dr. Wil Maghanoy who advised me to get admitted on the 27th of April. After 4 days in the hospital, the edema has lessened but the antibiotic it still needs to be continued. I urged my doctor to discharge me asap to prevent the hospital bill from getting bigger. I burned through all my money and borrowed some from friends and relatives. I thought that was the end but apparently, to prevent the cellulitis from making a comeback, I have to keep taking antibiotics after my release from the hospital, I have secured a few of the antibiotics and some medical supplies but I need your help to buy more of the antibiotics, I asked a friend to teach me how to administer the antibiotic myself at home to save some money. If things go well, I only have to keep taking the antibiotic four times a day, every 6 hours for 5 days more. Hopefully, this cures it, if not. I guess my doctor will give me a stronger antibiotic. The antibiotic cost 1000 pesos per vial. Hoping anyone can help me buy my antibiotics. I only need $363 but the minimum amount here is $1000.
