This is for my cousin. He is diabetic and has been in and out of the hospital. His two eyes need to be operation so that he can see again, this is due to conmplication. I am asking for your help because he cannot afford the high medical fee for his operation. I am thanking all of you in advance and I am hoping that you can help him.
