End Stage Renal Disease

Hi my name is Angiereca Solayao, living in the Phillipines I am 35 yes old and I am a single mom with two kids(twins) they are 11yrs of age. I was diagnosed last 2021 for having this disease renal failure and currently I am having my medical treatment HemoDialysis 3x a week, right I am currently not working due to my condition. Having this condition and have 2 sons raising alone is hard for me to sustain my dialysis every 3x a week, my medicines and for my injection for my hemoglobin. I am here to ask a favor to you all asking for help to sustain my dialysis and for planning to have my transplant. I want to live and to see my sons grow. It is hard for me to to think that anytime I can leave in this world. But as I promised to myself I will do anything as I can in my power to live just to be with them. I want to live like every normal does like to work so I can sustain my kids future. ?? I am here knocking to your door in your hearts asking for help. I am humbly forever thankful if I can continue my life as normal as yours too. Godbless us everyone
