Med bill fractured leg

I was riding my motorcycle when i passed on a part of the road that has washed-up soil on it (see picture) and i just felt my bike tip over but my left leg got caught in between the wheel and seat and broke my tibia and fibula.

I got so scared because of the amount of money that needs to be paid as if im buying a car or something and my healthcare only covered 15 percent which i dont know why.
