Help for my Son with Celebral Palsy ,Epilepsy

Hello everyone knocking for your help to support my Son Tyler Ace , 3yrs old from Cavite Philippines for his continue's Theraphy and some needs like milk and Maintenance Medicine for Seizure , My son is now 3years old boy suffering with Celebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, focal Epilepsy and severed Malnourished as of now he cannot walk nor stand on her own . He is bed ridden he needs continues Theraphy so can have a little chance for him to walk on her own , The Therapy is so expensive also her milk and Medicine that prescribed to him . Also The pedia neurologist said to us that my little son need to undergo a surgery called PEG it is surgery on her stomach they need to open it then insert the device for feeding it cost almost (100,000+php) for the operation they said my son need it for the nutrition because he cannot feed solid food just blended. i hope that there is someone that can help us little bit for my son this will help us a lot .
