I do apologize for my face it was during the day where I know what is the result of my test that I take that time I have a hole in my heart and the doctor said they need to do a surgery as soon as possible but I dont have any funds in my pocket even my family dont have any money we tried to call our relatives but they also did not want to help me thats is why I am here knocking at your door trying to get some help but aside from the heart doctor also said I have water in my lungs I dont know what to do but I am very thankful for anyone who will send help for me and I will promise I will update here about my condition your money is safe and they will go to the hospital where they are belong I am very thank you.
