My Sister's Rehabilitation

I am Shiela Granada from Philippines, Purok 3B Gusa, Gemini Street Tumoy, Cagayan de Oro. Please help my sister to fund her Rehabilitation. She is 44 years old now. And we cannot afford to send her in Rehabilitation Center. She tried to use a drug before and after she gave birth. She started to act not normal. She cried and smiled alone. This is my one of my dream. I hope I can help my sister to be a normal person someday before she died. Please Help Her
