Hi, my name is Kimberly and we would like to please please ask your help to fund for my Uncle Ricardo Portillo who has been very recently have an accident hit by the truck in the Philippines. We are knocking your kind heart .He has been hit by the truck for couple of months , sought medical help for surgery and braces for his legs However, health condition deteriorated as the days passed. We have incurred so much expenses and would still be needing more for the surgery as well as for the treatment/medication needed. We know everyone is struggling with our lives but if in case you have some spare that you could help someone in need, we are pleading for you to help us.
